Spaetzle Studio started with a simple idea: bring the warm, homemade taste of Swabian spaetzle to Berlin. Spaetzle — soft, hand-rolled egg noodles — is the heart of southern German comfort food, and we make ours fresh in-house every day, the traditional way.

Nestled in Forum Adlershof, our small studio-style kitchen focuses on doing one thing really well: honest, hearty food made with quality ingredients, served in a relaxed, welcoming space.
